You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or have a licence to use all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, page design and software. That content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. 4. Information, not advice
Content on the Site is provided for general information about Trendspark and what we do. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Any description of our approach or capabilities is illustrative and does not form part of any offer or contract.
5. Availability and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that the content will be complete or current. 6. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the Site is provided “as is” and we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations, express or implied, that might otherwise apply to it;
- we will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it; and
- if you are a business user, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
