1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendspark Ltd (“Trendspark”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website at trendsparkltd.com (the “Site”) or contact us.
Trendspark Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15018827. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect
We collect as little personal data as possible. The Site has no user accounts, no contact forms and no analytics. The personal data we may hold is:
- Enquiry data. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
- Technical data. When you load the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages requested and the date and time of each request. We use this only to run and secure the Site.
Every asset on the Site (fonts, scripts, images and stylesheets) is served from our own domain. The Site does not load resources from third-party servers, so no third party receives your IP address simply because you visited a page.
3. How and why we use it
UK GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of personal data. Ours are set out below.

Where we rely on legitimate interests we have considered the impact on you and concluded that our use is proportionate and would be expected by someone contacting or visiting a company website. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our email, and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service:
- Hosting provider. The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which serves the pages and holds the server logs described above.
- Email provider. Messages you send us are stored by the provider that hosts our company mailboxes.
- Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose personal data to our advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) where necessary, and to regulators, courts or law enforcement where we are required to by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process personal data in the United States or other countries outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US “Data Bridge”), as set out in each provider’s data processing terms. 6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, unless we need to keep it longer, for example because the conversation led to a contract or we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Technical data in server logs is retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention schedule and is not kept by us separately.
7. Cookies
The Site does not set cookies and does not use local storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or any analytics or advertising technology. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no cookie banner is shown. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to our processing, including any processing based on legitimate interests;
- data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means; and
- withdraw consent at any time, for any processing that relies on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@trendsparkltd.com. We will respond within one month, and we may need to confirm your identity first. You will not have to pay a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by telephone on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us before approaching the ICO.
9. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS, so data passing between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Trendspark who need it to respond to you, and our providers apply their own technical and organisational security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the Site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
